OK this repository gave me and idea so I worked on it and made js version of it that runs on CloudFlare workers keep on touch for updates, it will realese as soon as possible.
It uses Json array CloudFlare ip scanner export result and can delete/add all records of specific record name here's the pic from it, it's tested and works perfectly next update will be multi zone support.
