Module kotlin-electron

Kotlin wrapper for Electron.

TODO:

1. Improve types in namespace.kt files (typeof declarations)
2. Convert stuff from NodeJS namespace as extensions
3. Assign names for all anonymous string unions
4. Support inheritance for InputEvent string unions
