Hello, I want to generate pixel-level annotations for training according to your relesed annotations in txt, but I don't know how to process it. Could you provide the preprocessing method about how to generate pixel-level annotations of GCSS?

The txt label file and the image are corresponding to each pixel. You can convert the text label file into a mask array. The small patches can be cropped using the sliding methods based on your defined steps and patch size.
