So we'll be able to use Nyaa.search easily in batch

Currently you can do this using Nyaapy plus Celery.

Happy new year everyone!

#80 (including async) was merged on dev branch, as soon as I finish moving to uv instead of Poetry and writing the tests, v0.8.0 will be released with this major feature.
