Failed to start BIND Domain Name Server.

Hello , thank you for your useful tools, when i restart the bind server, i obtain an issue, I've tried to search in a lot of forum but i don't understand where can be the problem, you can see picture below .

the server used is an Ec2 instance, I have followed this youtube video

I didn't obtain the solution,but I had just created a new vm ,and it's work now
