言語アップデートが8月上旬に予定されており、既存言語のバージョンアップ + 新規言語の追加があるため

WHAT

ProblemsのAPIが更新されたら対応

アップデートで追加された言語をACしているユーザの結果を確認

既存の言語のカウントは表示される
新しい言語をACしてもフロントの表示は壊れていなさそう
- トロフィーを追加する必要がある
