Migrate Roles and UserRole from Sitefinity to XbyK

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, only users are imported into the XbyK site from Sitefinity. Roles are not imported. This can cause some issues with existing administrators and content editors not having access to the site. Having the roles and userroles imported will add to the objects migrated to the site and require less manual work for the end user.

Permissions cannot be applied due to Sitefinity's and XbyK's different permission systems

I don't see any benefit in migrating roles, as it seems impossible to map permissions from Sitefinity to Xperience by Kentico. Even with the Migration toolkit KX10-13 -> XbyK, we migrate only roles.
