[BUG]: Text displayed at the Logout window is not updated to reflect the temporarily disabled DEX feature.

Describe the bug
The logout window text 'Are you sure you want to logout? Your opened orders will no longer be available to match with other users and any trades in progress may not be completed' is not updated to reflect the current state of the DEX feature, which is temporarily disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Komodo Wallet application.
2. Log in with valid credentials.
3. Navigate to the logout window from the top-right menu or Settings tab.
4. Observe the text displayed on the logout window.
