exlude tags

Basically a mihon type thing where you can exlude some tags by typing -(tag)

I am deeply sorry if this is already a thing i didn't find it in settings

I know some sites do have exlude tags but i am talking about a more over all tag filer which is available for all sites, also some sites do have exlude tags but doesn't for their in app vertion.
