found during solving #1582 that error message from server is not displayed in WebUI.

Test case which should be catched

revert Fix webcal xml url encoding issue 1582 #1589
create a webcal with URL https://example.net/path?parm1=value1&parm2=value2

@MatthewHana - potentially you can dig into next on low prio
