setuptools > 58.x.x deprecated use_2to3 option #3

setuptools' use_2to3 option has been giving deprecation warnings for over a year now, but as of version 58.0.0 (2021-09-04) it is fully deprecated and thus immediately fails the install.

Salient bits of the pip install error messages are:

error in log-colorizer setup command: use_2to3 is invalid
...
ERROR: No matching distribution found for log-colorizer==1.8.6
