Can't finish Metrics installation

Hi! Pmetrics was running correctly, a few days ago en error appeared, apparently because version incompatibly. Now I try to install it all over again and this is what R shows me, I don't know what do to. Any help deeply appreciated. Thanks a lot.

When I want to install Pmetrics it appears a window that informe I should install some other tools, I agree but this is next:
