能拉取，但不能保存。拉取是我之前版本里面写的功能，但 halo 无法支持外部图片 url 入库，因此拉取到的头像图片将无法保存。这是为了安全的原因。 所以这个功能虽然实装了，但没有作用。 |

能不能设置成默认头像，错误头像看上去总感觉有点别扭 |
