Fixed delete command

Fixed an critical bug in the delete command that could lead to the deletion of other plugins (Should not occur but could in theory).

Auto updater and delete command

Added an auto updater which can be disabled in the config and a delete command to delete a plugin from ingame.
Also fixed an exception with the '/pm find' command.

Fixed issue with the gui

I found an issue where you were unable to move your items in your inventory. I resolved that and put the update check into a new thread for faster load times.

Added update notifier and 1.14.3 support

I fixed an issue with the SimpleCommandMap in 1.14.3 and added an update notifier to get notified about future releases and bug fixes.
