As a DFSP I want the ilp-service to write logs to a forensic logging interface and shutdown if this fails. #9

Depends on the forensic logging sidecar mock

  • Logged data should be minimal data for forensic logging:
    • Message for each important change in payment/transfer state
    • One log line for startup or shutdown
  • If writing to the forensic log fails, shut down rather than continue to process payments off the record
  • Applies to:
    • SPSP Server
    • SPSP Client Proxy
    • Connector (probably actually the wrapper?)
    • Maybe others?

As discussed in the PI, the ilp-connector will not implement forensic logging but the ilp-service should.

ILP Connector won't need this. ILP Service will get forensic logging
