Can not find lumi files for analytics

Describe the bug
Hello, I've been trying for several days to open and/or rate the .lumi files that my students have sent to me, but unfortunately I haven't been able to import the files into Lumi Analytics so far because these files are not displayed. Could you help me on this?

Environment (please complete the following information):
Lumi version: <9.4>, Operating system: <Win10 Enterprise

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select interactive book with exercises
2. Export the file and choose All-in-one HTML file, click on export.
3. Select the memory
4. Save the .lumi files
5. Open Lumi analytics to chose the .lumi file
6. No .lumi files are appeared
7. See error after a few seconds

Expected behavior
I expected to open .lumi file to upload them to lumi analytics for visualizations of results.
