SmatPlus::initDistributed_ should be able to pick Xonly or Yonly #21

Currently, SmatPlus::initDistributed_ builds an XandY SparseMatrixPlus. It should be able
to discover if Xonly or Yonly is sufficient.

@apcraig had proposed code for doing this.
