Create Invitation-Workflow for Collaborators

Currently, it's only possible to add collaborators to a study that already have an account in the MORE Platform.

To lower the entrance-barrier for new collaborators, we want to switch to an invitation-based workflow:

• STUDY_ADMIN invites new collaborator(s) to a study by entering the email-address together with the designated roles in the Study-Manager.
• The new collaborator(s) receive an email with an (personalized) invitation-link to join the study
• The link refers to a confirmation page with the following information:

  XXX has invited you to join the Study "Study Title" as a Study Operator.
  [Accept] [Decline]

  • "Accept" will add the new collaborator with the selected role(s), the invitation cleared.
  • "Decline" will mark the invitation as "declined". It's can't be reused.
• The invitee must log-in to see (and accept/decline) the invitation.
