How can I martinizie DNA (ss/ds) using the Martini 3 force field?
It seems that there are no parameters aligning between martini_v2.1-dna.itp and martini_v3.3.0.itp.
Does this mean that when I deal with a complex system (protein + DNA), I cannot combine the two generations of the force fields together?
