A new repo that adapter devs can clone that will be a barebones typescript project that includes the latest interfaces and stubbed out methods and any other tools and build processes they could need. Realtively opinionated (but you don't have to use it to create an adapter), but allows you to go straight to creating the adapter.

Could be a yeoman generator.
