[🐞]: Flag pole not raising/lowering

Before Continuing:

• Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Describe Issue

Checked config file, it's set to true for left/right click to raise/lower, Flag does not lower or raise on any size height wise pole, tried stick poles and just fence just in case. Also tried crank/rope, nothing seems to work? Wiki makes it seem it should just raise/lower with right/left click with bare hand. Some places mention rope, crank etc. tried it all, none works.
