I am getting a 'No Layers' response when trying to see the layers in the What's New > Carbon Footprints Projects checkbox on Staging. Here is the Django entry for Carbon Footprints Projects (3 layers are in the checkbox): https://portal-staging.midatlanticocean.org/django-admin/data_manager/layer/6217/change/?_changelist_filters=q%3Dcarbon%2Bfootprints%2Bproject.
