[Bug/OPPM] "token" parameter causes 404s when OPPM accesses GitHub

Whenever OPPM tries to access GitHub, it keeps getting 404s and reporting it as if the package doesn't exist, even if it does.
This happens due to the "token" parameter, as in a web browser, it works fine without the parameter, but with the parameter, it gets a 404.
