请问总模式的代理列表在哪里添加域名？自动选择节点该如何去掉？ #109

不想分流规则里有Google和tiktok，我去掉了。但是去掉后连不上Google和tiktok了。
所以想在总模式代理的list添加Google和tiktok的域名，无奈不知道在哪里添加。

另外想把♻️ 故障转移,♻️ 负载均衡以及♻️ 延迟最低去掉，总感觉很耗电，可是config.yaml里面把这三个字眼全去掉了就无法启动了。

新手，求指点
