1.) Show the functional role, subsystem, and aliases on this page. Make sure they are links to the appropriate places.
2.) Make the plant similarity genes into links to an appropriate place.
3.) Could we show aliases for the plant similarity genes?
4.) It would be good to show functions and subsystems for all similarity genes ultimately. Also, the name of the species that the genome is from? Probably not doable before the workshop.

For 1 & 4) I think I got some of the data described here to be available via the get_feature() call
Aliases, there aren't really any. The only genome in PlantSEED that had any aliases, in PubSEED, was A. thaliana, and the way they are stored is a bit of a mess and refers more to functional annotation than to alternative identifiers of a gene. Right now, each gene has two aliases, the SEED alias, and, where available, the transcript alias.
