Q&A Initial Setup #59

This one has me stumped...It should have (and does for me), stop at the '[NTC][ALL][00:motionplus] main: Motionplus pid: 15388` line and then just do nothing and sit there waiting....The user usually has to manually intervene to shut it down. But in this log, I don't see that it stopped and waited. So, the idea is that if you do not specify a camera file in the configuration, then MotionPlus will start up and then wait for you to enter one via the web control. If you instead specify a camera file, it will open it. Said another way, camera files are really required in MotionPlus whereas in Motion they were optional for a single camera system. |
