Setting badge size and color with avatar is not working

Steps to reproduce

Set dot badge color with nzColor, when using nzDot directive. NG-Zorro creates a standalone badge dot, alongside a attached dot, which gets displaced. It would be nice to set color with nzDot, and to have nzSize have more options, Like this, the dot is too small.

What is expected?

Change badge color with avatar.
