Course Cards Revisit

Having worked on Course Cards in Issue 34, there was a need for separate Issue to pursue following things:

• Ability to upload Course Title image

• Design & implementation for what Course cards should look like with/without background image & course title image

• The "transform" property used in c-media__emblem CSS class for Course title may not be supported in some browsers/OS.

Like For Ex in iPhone 5: The course emblem isn't centre-aligned & falls off the image/container.

Aspect Ratio: 16 : 9

More items can be added wrt Course Cards that can be pursued in future versions.
