Working with Owen Hirschi and Mike Schatz to finalize this use case.

Curated various email threads and discussions into a draft one pager - under revisions in google docs. Will post here once finalized.

@jackDiGi can you double check if the interoperability use case tech plan is complete. See my comment on Oct 6.

Interop use case is
as a researcher, I want to run the same tool on multiple environments (federated, functionally-equivalent compute), such that I can analyze datasets which are restricted to specific locations.

The such that could also be

  • my analysis is more efficient
  • my egress charges / effort / logistics are minimized
  • my costs are distributed among multiple funding sources

Does this capture what's missing @linikujp & @NoopDog
