Suggested Improvements:

NCPI ResearchStudy result to reference Citation and/or Observation

It would be beneficial to enable referencing both Observation and Citation for a ResearchStudy result. For example, a summary result of analyses, with the analysis type defined using a standard CodeableConcept in Observation.code, could then be easily retrieved.
