If Visible is "true" on Initialize VeriStand step settings, TestStand will not connect to a running VeriStand Project #21

Steps to reproduce:

Add Initialize VeriStand step, select the Engine Demo project, and set Visible to "False"
Open the Engine Demo project in VeriStand and run the project
Set a fault in UI Manager (not sure if this is necessary or not for it to reproduce)
Run the test sequence and note the error
