SOCA yaml archiving

In the marine DA v2 experiment we implemented a vertical e-folding scale for the background error here: /parm/soca/berror/soca_diagb.yaml.j2

In the latest develop branch the yamls previously in /parm/soca/berror/ are not included. So, where does the e-folding scale currently reside and how do we want to keep bookkeeping of the other yaml files?

@JohnSteffen-NOAA by bookkeeping do you mean archiving? And by archiving, is this a matter of archiving files that were created through the since superseded yaml files? It's unclear to me what's missing.

@AndrewEichmann-NOAA , yes, archiving but also, I'm not sure if we save the yaml generated in the bmatrix job.
