ROS1 resources for C/S Saucer (CSS)

Folder organization

Nominal CSS ROS control system files shall be located directly in ROS folder. Special-made ROS files by MTech students shall be located in corresponding 20xx_MTech subfolder. Generic Python-based math-tools and functions will be located in other repo>: MCSim_python. These must be linked in as library files and functions. Please be strict about putting generic python functions in MCSim_python repo and specific ROS functions in corresponding vessel model repo (here: CS_Saucer) or in the MC-Lab repo.
