[BUG]: VDB Upload task not connecting to milvus

Describe the bug.

When you try to run the vdb_upload task, you end up with a failure on the pipeline because nv-ingest tries and cannot connect to milvus. In the nv-ingest logs it shows that a pymilvus API we used is no longer available with newer versions of the package. Which are installed with conda.

Minimum reproducible example

Try to run the LLamaindex example notebook, and it fails.
