minicap的性能非常不稳定，快的时候8ms,慢的时候300ms甚至更长，原因未知，代码过于冗余，可维护性差，可读性差，是代码的坏味道的没错了，并且在实验过程中发现mumu独家渲染Vulkan模式比起DirectX模式要慢很多，仅minicap中，原因未知
即便是DirectX模式依旧存在不稳定现象，不过改善很多，勉强算是修复完成

加入minicap截图超时，返回缓存图像，避免因为画面没变化导致的长时间等待
