Sir, I think I can solve the it . Will you please assign it to me? I would love to fix it and contribute to the organization.

These things I will do:-

Spike array consists of methods etc.

Create the Utility Function:

Write a function that reads the file and extracts the necessary data to create a Spike Array object.

Handle File I/O:

Implement file reading and ensure that the data is properly parsed.
