How is it best to write up?

  • Can we make an iPython notebook which contains all the plots and text (the whole paper in a notebook)?
  • Should we have a LaTeX document on OverLeaf?
  • Or just have a shared LaTeX document on our own repository? (In a publication branch, say)?

Authorea document is now online (obviously). For writing up, some work we have to do on this repo:

  • Heatmaps of relative feature set information content (Scott)
  • Random Forest selection details
  • Robustness and pathologies of final score
