Implement option to switch to HTTPS #89

It'd be great if we could implement an option to switch to HTTPS. To do this, I would see that:

In our config file we have an option: 'https: off'
We can set the locations of our certs inside the config
This should also translate to the docker(-compose) file (i.e. people using docker should not be needing to change the config file?)
