The southgreen DIANE website is not working well for me (https://shinyapps.southgreen.fr/app_direct/dianelatest). When I get to the differential expression test, the app suddenly stops working. This is the message "The application suddenly exited". I've tried on different networks and devices but no change

I apologize, this is my first time using the website. I think the error was that I didn't have any replicates. I have limited data for a control, and three treatments for "other" species. Is there a way to do DEG on the website for this type of data?

I had the issue that the uploaded input files, expression.txt, gene_information.txt and design.txt, were not recognized by the web app.
