Hello sir, I am doing data analysis through https://diane.bpmp.inrae.fr/ and hope to get some high-resolution pictures for publication. Thank you

Dear sir,

For now, you cannot download very high resolution of all the plots using the web interface of DIANE.

I started to implement this in the most recent version of the app : http://shinyapps.southgreen.fr/app/dianebeta
Where you can Download plots from the "Exploratory analysis" tab in various formats (you can chose the format using the button on the top right corner, just left to "version 1.1").
But it's not available yet for all the plots.

Another solution could be to use the command line version of DIANE, as described here : https://oceanecsn.github.io/DIANE/articles/DIANE_Programming_Interface.html
This way you could produce the plots you want, and export them in any format you like using R directly.
Let me know if you need more explanations for this.

Best,

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your reply. I've found that the pictures generated by DIANE are quite beautiful. I've tried using R for plotting locally, but it seems rather difficult for beginners. Therefore, I'm really looking forward to your launching of an updated version that can be used to draw high-resolution pictures online.
Best,
