This looks consistent with OpenStreetMap: https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2689444#map=17/35.296826/139.568671

Are there buildings in the MSFT/Google Open Buildings dataset for this location?

Maybe migrate to http://github.com/OvertureMaps/data ?
