Feature request: Deep linking given GERS identifiers (as only URL parameter)
For example, an URL like https://explore.overturemaps.org/gers/08f194ad36209b6903005120c5ba276e might center the map on the Barbican in London and display its Overture properties. This would be super useful for other sites that want to use GERS identifiers as foreign keys. For example, wikidata.org is currently considering adding a property for GERS IDs. If explore.overturemaps.org had a way to accept GERS identifiers in its URLs, sites like Wikidata could generate URLs for deep-linking to an Overture explorer page showing the requested object.

@brawer this is more or less exactly what we're hoping to build next year- but we need to build some GERS services to power this kind of thing. Right now, there's no intrinsic way for the site to answer the question "Here's a GERS ID, where should we zoom to to show it?".
