Retreat Cost of Marill ex2-68

Marill was originally intended to have a retreat cost of 1, but many copies were printed with a retreat cost of 0. There is an official ruling saying "Play the card as written; if you have the Marill with the free retreat you may play it as such."

Currently, the data and low res image show a retreat cost of 1, while the high res image shows 0.

Should we bother with making two distinct cards for the two equally good versions?
