当使用xmake时，它也会去自行下载工具链和clone RT-Thread的代码。因为这两者都会很大，会导致下载时间偏长。

希望可以有option的配置来设置这些路径，例如

  • 可以设置rt-thread到本地某个路径下；
  • 可以设置几个或数种不同的工具链，到~/.env的工具链路径下。
