后续smart尽可能都使用smart-build进行构建 #3

smart-build包含了kernel、rootfs的构建，也可以开启menuconfig来进行配置kernel、applications on rootfs，否则确实会出现整体smart都不那么容易构建的情况。

后续尽可能推动整体都使用smart-build的方式进行构建：

kernel 配置，步骤相关的，都放置于bsp下的规则
applications相关的配置规则都放置于models下
- 未来可以考虑对不同配置进行分类（例如applications本身的配置）
