Create a demo app and demo set of ingredients to showcase Roux

To be able to show off Roux's capabilities, we need to have an open source app with a set of demo ingredients.

It should be fairly simple and not difficult to run or install, but be able to highlight CSS and JS features, templates, and models in ingredients, ingredient.md documentation, and running tests against ingredients.
