Move the Mature Content notification toggle

In my opinion this toggle should be moved to a separate place on the page as it is really not obvious what the functionality of the checkbox is supposed to be in this context.

In my head it looks like I'm deciding about receiving a message in my site account inbox about mature content, not that I am disabling the notification when I visit a game that is linked to the Mature Hub.
