Include nearby leaderboard entries in submitlbentry API response

As a player, I would like to see my position on the leaderboard, not just the top 7 players.

This is currently a limitation of the submitlbentry API. Current response:

I recommend adding a "NearbyEntries" array (or something similar) which would list the 8 players surrounding the current player. With the example above, it would be ranks 107-115. If the player were in the top 9 or bottom 9, all 9 should be returned as nearby.

Love this, makes perfect sense. Might need a little thought on the server side to make sure the sorting is correct. Would have to add entry, sort all entries, then carefully pull out the entries n above and n below the new entry.
