The Linux provisioned images are due for a refresh.

This should be drake-linux-noble-2025-01-13

In any case, jobs running on the new image are failing (e.g. https://drake-jenkins.csail.mit.edu/job/linux-noble-gcc-bazel-experimental-release/3393/console)

For now, I rolled back to drake-linux-noble-2024-09-12.

I'll try to rebuild the image tomorrow.

The noble image has been updated again, drake-linux-noble-2025-01-23.

Two jobs are running with the new image:
