How to disable the extra signature window

When inputting a function's parameters, there will be two windows, the one with border is signature, what is the other one? And how to disable it?

Are you using any other plugins that may be providing the same hovers/popups - for example, noice.nvim has some lsp documentation features.

I had a similar problem where is noice and blink were providing both.

FWIW I ended up disabling in blink in the end based on the markdown formatting support provided by noice (at least from what I could see and work out).

Yeah, I'm using noice.nvim. When I disabled the signature of noice.nvim, it disapeared. Thank you very much. Why did I notice this before using blink?
